Location is fantastic. Central location near the CBD. Within minutes of several MRT stations (Telok Ayer - 3 minutes, China Town - 7 minutes, Raffles Place - 10 minutes, Tanjong Pagar - 12 minutes), as well as several bus stops.
Bars and restaurants of Club Street are literally at your door step.
Easy access to Boat Quay, Raffles Place, Raffles Quay, Marina Bay, Keong Saik, Duxton, Robertson Quay, and several other key areas.
The condo has a pool and a good gym.
Parking space available if you drive, though this would be extra.
About the Room:
The room itself is fairly large, tastefully furnished, and comes with a queen-sized bed and linens. Plenty of wardrobe space and you could move in with just a suitcase. The door has it's own lock if you'd prefer to keep it locked. Fantastic view of the city right outside your window.

There is a small outdoor space if you’re a smoker.
About us:
Two expats. I'm a finance professional (American), the other guy is a Personal Trainer (British). We're both very laid back and also very rarely in the apartment.
